MicroNova is looking for a Regional Operations Lead to take charge of our three sites in the Czech Republic. In this dynamic role, youâll be at the forefront of expanding our consulting services, driving international growth, and championing key areas such as AI, Cyber Security, and the creation of a robust sales network.

Your mission
Â
- Regional Leadership: Spearhead operations across three locations, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Consulting & Sales Growth: Lead the growth of consulting services, focusing on cutting-edge domains like AI, Cyber Security, and other high-potential business areas. Strengthen our sales footprint by expanding client networks and delivering impactful solutions.
- Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth. Shape and execute a sales strategy to unlock new market segments and partnerships.
- Talent Development:Â Build and lead a high-performing team by overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management, ensuring we attract, nurture, and retain top talent.
- Client Success: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring excellence in service delivery and consistently exceeding client expectations.
- Operational Excellence:Â Continuously enhance operational efficiency by optimizing processes across all sites, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Your profile
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally in consulting or business development.
- Track record of driving sales growth and expanding business, particularly in the technology or consulting sectors.
- Strong leadership, people development, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Czech or additional languages is a plus.
