Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your Mission

We are looking for a dedicated Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will act as a central driver for efficient go-to-market processes and data-driven decision-making at RobCo, helping optimize our operations and establish our company as a leading provider of automation solutions for SMEs in Europe. With over €50 million in funding from renowned VCs such as Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as top-tier business angels like Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we have the ideal foundation to bring our vision to life.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Optimize Go-To-Market Processes: Analyze and refine sales, marketing, and customer success workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Take ownership of data analysis and reporting to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making at the leadership level.
  • Developing Metrics and Dashboards: Create and refine KPIs, reports, and dashboards to monitor the performance of go-to-market activities, ensuring alignment with the RobCo Commercial Flywheel.
  • CRM System Management: Oversee the configuration and continuous improvement of the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accurate data, seamless lead tracking, and pipeline visibility.
  • Collaborative Development: Work closely with (International) Sales, Marketing, and Customer Value Engineering and Finance/Strategy teams to align strategies and drive a unified approach to revenue growth.
  • Support Scaling Initiatives: Implement new systems, technologies, and processes to support business growth and enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven reports and presentations to senior leadership, helping them make informed decisions and set strategic priorities.

Your Profile

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2+ years in a revenue operations, sales operations, or comparable role, ideally in a dynamic B2B environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and a solid understanding of analytics and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Focus: You can navigate complex data structures and translate them into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Attention to Detail and Structure: You work precisely and maintain an overview even in dynamic environments.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English-German is a plus but not required.
  • Proactive Hands-On Mentality: You think entrepreneurially and are ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Strategic Vision: You see the bigger picture and can align operational processes with the company’s growth objectives.
