YOUR TASKS

  • You are familiar with the market and competition and identify potentials through market, industry, and company analyses
  • You develop independent market approaches for individual segments and partners
  • You acquire and manage online partners (sellers) for the PAYBACK eCommerce marketplace
  • You create and develop business cases for collaboration with PAYBACK and define relevant KPIs for PAYBACK and its partners
  • You support seller onboarding and organize partner workshops for technology or marketing, if necessary
  • You are experienced in working in matrix organizations and collaborate closely with colleagues from Key Account Partner Management and Sales Engineering
  • You take responsibility for revenue and forecasting

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business administration or a comparable professional qualification
  • You bring experience in eCommerce/digital trade, particularly in the platform marketplace business
  • Communication is your strength; you think customer-oriented and work results-driven and proactively
  • You are data-driven, possess strong analytical thinking, can quickly grasp complex issues, and derive suitable actions
  • You impress with your performance orientation and actively drive topics forward
  • You have confident presentation and negotiation skills
  • You can communicate fluently in both German and English
  • You have experience in independently negotiating contracts
  • You are a team player with a good sense of humor
