YOUR TASKS

  • You acquire PAYBACK online partners for PAYBACK Online Shopping and develop them into key accounts
  • You generate media bookings through fixed and variable media budgets of the partners and define suitable digital campaigns
  • You are responsible for the new revenue of one or more eCommerce sectors
  • You identify potentials based on market, industry, and company analyses and develop independent market approaches
  • You use the PAYBACK marketing platform as well as PAYBACK points for the best possible campaign success
  • You develop and define relevant KPIs for efficient budget use
  • You work closely with colleagues from key account partner management, vertical leads, and other internal interfaces

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have experience in digital performance marketing, are familiar with the affiliate business, and know what currently drives eCommerce companies
  • You have independently negotiated media deals or similar agreements
  • You have completed a degree in economics or a comparable professional training
  • Communication is your strength, you think customer-oriented and work result-oriented and independently
  • You present and negotiate confidently
  • You can communicate confidently in German and English
  • You are a team player and bring a healthy dose of humor
