Sales Manager

Become part of the Solution Sales Team | Location Grasbrunn, near Munich

Our growth story has only just begun and our sales team is central to maintaining our rapid growth in DACH, Liechtenstein and Slovenia. We are looking for a highly collaborative and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us capitalize on this huge market opportunity.

Your tasks

  • Supporting companies from various industries in the digital transformation of their key business processes
  • Development and management of own small and medium-sized corporate clients
  • Building relationships with direct customers and system integrators with a focus on maximum customer satisfaction
  • Development of a sales plan and own pipeline
  • Identification and qualification of new business opportunities, customer needs, industry trends and acquisition of potential partners
  • Preparation of quotations and timely processing of orders, review of outstanding orders and customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Management of customer accounts and order processing
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the KAM, Marketing and Pre Sales teams

Your profile

  • Enthusiasm for IoT solutions and sales
  • Experience in SME solution sales, preferably IoT, embedded, telecommunications or SaaS
  • You can tailor technology solutions to business problems and use strategic thinking to solve customer problems
  • Your passion for building long-term customer relationships and cross-functional collaboration in a diverse team
  • You can focus on issues, make decisions and assert yourself even in the face of resistance
  • You excel in the areas of teamwork, motivation, interpersonal relationships, communication and customer service
  • You have good computer skills, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel),
  • German is ideally your native language and you are business fluent in English (French would be a bonus)
