DEINE AUFGABEN
Du betreust vertrieblich die DACH Regionen und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in unserer Wachstumsstrategie. Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:
- Ausbau und Pflege unserer langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen, zumeist in der Elektronikindustrie, durch regelmäßige Besuche und Kontakte, um die Zusammenarbeit weiter zu stärken
- Zusammen mit unserem Marketing die Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung attraktiver Neukunden
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategien und ihrer erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Technische Beratung und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für die Druckprozesse unserer Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Kollegen im Application Lab und im Customer Service
- Regelmäßige Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie die Teilnahme an Messen und Fachkonferenzen
DEIN PROFIL
- Technologische Premiumprodukte begeistern Dich und Du bist erfolgreich im „Solution Selling“ erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte
- Du besitzt bereits Vertriebserfahrungen, im Anschluss an eine technische Ausbildung oder an ein entsprechendes Studium
- Du bist kunden- und lösungsorientiert, eigeninitiativ, kommunikations- und abschlussstark, hast Verhandlungsgeschick und Teamgeist
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen mit CRM- und ERP-Systemen und der Vertriebssteuerung auf Basis von Kennzahlen
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch

YOUR MISSION
You will be responsible for sales in Germany / Austria and Switzerland and be a key role in our growth strategy. Your main tasks will include:
- Expanding and maintaining our long-term customer relationships, primarily in the electronics industry, through regular visits and contacts to further strengthen cooperation
- Working with our marketing team to identify, approach and acquire attractive new customers
- Active participation in the development of our sales strategies and their successful implementation
- Providing technical advice and developing customized solutions for our customers' printing processes in close cooperation with your colleagues in the application lab and Customer Service
- Regular market and competition analyses as well as participation in trade fairs and specialist conferences
YOUR PROFILE
- You are enthusiastic about technological premium products and are successful in “solution selling” of products that require explanation
- You already have sales experience following technical training or a relevant degree course
- You are customer and solution-oriented, proactive, strong in communication and closing deals, have negotiating skills and team spirit
- Ideally, you already have experience with CRM and ERP systems and sales management based on key figures
- You are business fluent in German and English
