Your mission

Your opportunity in the world of 3D LiDAR technology
As a Sales Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in the commercial success of our new product, the 3D LiDAR QbProtect. You will look after exciting customers from various industries such as aviation, energy and VIPs and build up your own pipeline of projects to develop new applications. You will be supported by an agile team of developers and technical support.

Your tasks

Actively and independently build and manage your customer and partner network: You are the architect of your success and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
Day-to-day direct sales business: You take responsibility for the sales cycle, acquire new customers and activate existing customers.
Customer support and advice: As the first point of contact for our customers, you provide them with advice and support and maintain long-term relationships.
Product presentation and representation: You convince customers of the benefits of our high-tech LiDAR in face-to-face meetings, remote meetings and at events.
Entire sales cycle: From initial contact to contract conclusion, you will manage the entire sales process professionally and successfully.

Your profile

Experienced sales professional: You have extensive sales experience as well as strong network building and key account management skills.
Sales talent: You impress with your motivation, professional appearance and organizational skills.
Prioritization and negotiation skills: You keep track of opportunities, negotiate skillfully and successfully close deals.
Affinity for technology: An affinity for technology is essential in order to understand and communicate the benefits of our products.
Industry knowledge: Experience in sales of high-end security products or other high-tech products is an advantage.
Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English skills will enable you to communicate smoothly with customers and colleagues.
