Your tasks at Roche Diagnostics:
Coordinates and maintains records of project timelines withacademic collaborations, ensuring their successful execution
Keep a running agenda that ensures regular coordination with allrelevant stakeholders for ongoing tasks, in particular coordination ofcollaborations with academia, shaping collaborative research legalcontracts, interfacing with other functions within Roche, and managinggrant-related reporting to the Bavarian State Government
Refines data and produces PowerPoint slide decks for top managementand/or external stakeholders and ensures they are available anddocumented in a timely manner.
Generation of comprehensive protocols derived from variousmeetings/workshops. These are addressing varied and highly complexscientific projects. Most of them involve external major Key OpinionLeaders (KOLs) and partners of Roche interacting with us on specificprojects for which we have collaboration contracts in place
Ensure regular coordination of idea-exchange with stakeholders todevise strategies for internal and external visibility.
Acts as a point of contact and communicates and collaborates withinternal and external partners/stakeholders.
Responsible for solution-specific support and organization ofcross-functional meetings and workshops as well as troubleshootingcontent as appropriate for specific research projects involving KOLsand academic partners
Ensure adequate drafting and documentation of meetings withinternal and external stakeholders according to predefined legalregulations.
Manage procurement tasks for external partners (KOLs)
Initiating, assessing, and finalizing contracts for academiccollaborations in communication with the legal department and DIAdiscovery subchapters to ensure compliance and accuracy.
The requirements:
You hold a master’s degree in biotechnology or related field
We can trust in your ability to learn fast, organize and ensuretracking of activities
Strong analytical skills in order to summarize complex informationeffectively
Due to your strong team spirit you enjoy working in internationaland interdisciplinary teams and you are willing to learn and toexplore new fields and share your knowledge and expertise within yourcolleagues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well asfluency in both English and German
Experience in the fiel of infectious disease and working incollaborations between industry and academia is highly welcome
