Security Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Have overall responsibility for the implementation of safety measures and compliance with the company's safety requirements
• Train employees, contractors, and guests/visitors in accordance with safety manuals and requirements
• Plan, prepare, and update safety audits and re-audits based on the safety concept, risk assessment, and implementation of corrective and improvement actions
• Lead the approval and control of access control procedures and regulations within the organization, including the implementation of visitor procedures
• Control and check the safety systems at regular intervals
• Analysis of the current situation and status of the entire security system, insurance companies, police, emergency services and fire departments
• Implement and maintain all safety procedures and requirements in accordance with international standards
• Assume responsibility for legal, safety, health and personal facts in the safety manuals and documents

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Several years of professional experience would be desirable
• University degree or a relevant qualification
• Experience with local safety, labor and trade laws, contact with legal and technical departments
• Professional understanding of technical processes and dependencies
