As a Senior Adobe MarTech Solutions Consultant (m/f/d), you will design digital marketing and analytics processes at the highest level.
With the tools of the Adobe Experience Cloud - particularly AEP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics - you will elevate our clients’ projects to new heights. Whether it’s strategic consulting or technical implementation, your expertise will make the difference. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize marketing processes that deliver results and win clients over.

About the job
- Analyze data from web analytics and user feedback, creating clear reports to uncover optimization potential.
- Develop and implement solutions with Adobe Target, ranging from A/B tests to multivariate tests, and collaborate with developers to create tailored approaches for better conversion rates.
- Use the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to build data flows, introduce XDM data models, and help clients leverage these tools to their fullest potential.
- Drive progress for our clients with both long-term strategies and quick wins in conversion optimization, ensuring sustainable processes.
- Conduct workshops, share your expertise, and support clients in designing future-ready marketing processes.
- Support our sales team with your insights during the pitch phase and before projects kick off. Then, manage projects closely with your team and the client.
Requirements
- You’re a true team player who enjoys working with interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
- You have expertise in at least one of the tools - AEP, Adobe Target, or Analytics - and have successfully applied it in projects. Experience with comparable tools is equally valuable to us.
- You have an eye for audience management and bring in-depth knowledge of CDPs and audience strategies.
- Modern web technologies don’t intimidate you - your technical understanding allows you to grasp them quickly.
- You explain complex topics clearly (in both German and English) and are ready to support clients on-site if needed - though this will only be required in exceptional cases.
