Ihre Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Inventarisierung und Standardisierung der Prozesse im Bereich Operations zur Verbesserung der Transparenz und des Kontrollumfelds
• Identifizierung, Spezifizierung, Abstimmung und Implementierungsbegleitung von Prozessfortschritt-Trackings und Kontrollaufgaben mit den bestehenden Systemlösungen
• Unterstützung bei der SLA-Erstellung und der Erweiterung der genutzten Templates
• Bereichsübergreifende Koordination bei der geplanten Implementierung neuer Anlageklassen, die interne Bereichskoordination zur Optimierung der operativen Abläufe mit neuen und bestehenden Kunden und deren Partnern sowie die Umsetzung neuer, standardisierter und automatisierter Wege des Datenaustauschs
• Unterstützung bei diversen bereichsübergreifenden Koordinationsthemen wie z.B. der ISAE-Berichtserstellung oder der Inventarisierung und Risikobeurteilung von IT-Prozessen und -Systemen mit Relevanz für den Bereich Operations
• Aktive Mitwirkung an der Optimierung sowie Automatisierung der Prozesslandschaft über entsprechenden Projekt- und Testsupport mit Einbeziehung von Kontrollaspekten
• Experten-Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und deren Wirtschaftsprüfer oder andere Dienstleister in Sonderfällen bzw. bei bereichsübergreifenden Eskalationsthemen
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung von neuen Mandaten zusammen mit dem Team Client Onboarding, für eine erfolgreiche Übernahme der Services in das Tagesgeschäft, sowie Unterstützung im Sales-Prozess im Kontext von Experten-Workshops oder RfIs/RfPs

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Studiums der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaft mit dem Schwerpunkt Finance/Accounting, alternativ Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter/-buchhalterin, Investmentfachwirt/-in, Bankfachwirt/-in oder anderweitige, vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mind. 5-jährige Erfahrung im Kapitalmarktumfeld (idealerweise Private Capital) über mind. 2 Assetklassen (Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, Infrastruktur) hinweg in den Bereichen Datenerfassung, Buchhaltung, Fondsadministration sowie im Umgang mit internationalen Kunden und entsprechenden Software-Lösungen
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen und in Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen unter Nutzung technischer Infrastruktur
• Gute Kenntnisse der Branchenstandards im Bereich Private Capital inkl. der typischen dort verwendeten Dokumente, Reports und Daten sowie der in Branche genutzten Spezial-Software (z.B. eFront, Investran)
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einer hohen IT-Anwendungsaffinität, starke Lösungsorientierung sowie eine entsprechende Belastbarkeit
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit, ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und ein guter Sinn für Humor
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

• Supporting the inventory and standardization of processes in the area of operations to improve transparency and the control environment
• Identification, specification, coordination and implementation support of process-progress-tracking and control tasks with the existing system solutions
• Supporting the creation of SLAs and the expansion of the templates used
• Cross-divisional coordination for the planned implementation of new asset classes, internal divisional coordination to optimize operational processes with new and existing clients and their partners as well as the implementation of new, standardized and automated ways of data exchange
• Support in various cross-divisional coordination topics such as ISAE reporting or the inventory and risk assessment of IT processes and systems relevant to the Operations division
• Active participation in the optimization and automation of the process landscape via corresponding project and test support with inclusion of control aspects
• Expert contact person for our customers and their auditors or other service providers in special cases or cross-divisional escalation issues
• Active support in the introduction of new clients together with the Client Onboarding team, for a successful transfer of services into day-to-day business, as well as support in the sales process in the context of expert workshops or RfIs/RfPs

Your profile

• Successful completion of a degree in economics/business administration with a focus on finance/accounting, alternatively qualification as an accountant, investment specialist, banking specialist or other comparable education
• At least 5 years of experience in the capital market environment (ideally private capital) across at least 2 asset classes (private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure) in the areas of data capture, accounting, fund administration as well as in dealing with international clients and corresponding software solutions
• Proven experience in implementing process improvements and quality assurance measures using technical infrastructure
• Good knowledge of industry standards in the private capital sector including the typical documents, reports and data used there as well as the specialized software used in the sector (e.g. eFront, Investran)
• Analytical and structured way of working with a high affinity for IT applications, strong solution orientation and the ability to work under pressure
• Communication skills, a self-confident manner and a good sense of humor
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
