YOU...
report directly to the Head of Production Planning Control and work closely together with various interfaces and departments e.g., Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and Production
play a key role in the preparation, scheduling and execution of production orders for all factories with a special focus on one specific factory
generate and orchestrate the drumbeat of various factories
manage the delivery compliance of orders which are outsourced to key suppliers
enable the development of the serial aircraft in close collaboration with the engineering team
handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet engineering and production requirements
generate capacity plans to enable forward and backward planning
work with ERP and APS-Tools to ensure the integrity of data for todays and future IT infrastructure
develop and maintain a KPI set together with the Head of Factory relating to process, product and operation performance and advise management when on-time order delivery is in jeopardy
evaluate production statistics, their impact to the schedules and report major deviations
shape the future of our Production Planning Control set-up on the way to high-volume production
Be our forward thinker
YOU...
have a completed degree in (industrial) engineering or equivalent field
have in-depth experience in production planning or similar field
have experience in scheduling, planning and controlling of production processes
have a background in manufacturing incl. dynamic planning execution during prototyping and series ramp-up
have experience with ERP tools (experience with INFOR is highly appreciated)
have proven knowledge in project management
are willing to take ownership and to transfer improvement ideas into reality
have fluent written and spoken English language skills
