About ITM

ITM is a privately owned biotechnology and radiopharmaceutical group of companies dedicated to the development, production and global supply of targeted diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals and radioisotopes for use in cancer treatment. We are developing a proprietary portfolio and growing pipeline of targeted treatments in various stages of clinical development addressing cancers such as neuroendocrine cancers or bone metastases. Our main objectives are to significantly improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for cancer patients through a new generation of Targeted Radionuclide Therapies in Precision Oncology. The headquarters are located in the heart of the research center of the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

Senior Sales Manager (f/m/d)

Your role

Sales Responsibility & Customer Management

  • Lead the strategic distribution of our innovative product portfolio to an established, customer base (DACH region) across multiple channels, including direct sales, phone, email, and in-person meetings at key sites
  • Foster, manage, and expand long-term relationships with key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organizations
  • Provide expert guidance and consultative support to key customers, assisting them in the effective implementation of project goals and aligning product offerings with strategic business needs
  • Lead and manage complex sales projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery aligned with customer needs and market trends

Strategic Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis on both a national and global scale to identify emerging opportunities, key industry trends, and potential competitive threats
  • Spearhead the introduction and positioning of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful market penetration

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Represent the company at major industry symposia, trade shows, and networking events, enhancing the brand's reputation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Active involvement in sales projects to optimize our strategies
  • Managing and analyzing customer data in the CRM, as well as creating sales reports

Your profile

  • Master's degree in a relevant field (natural sciences, engineering, etc.), with an advanced qualification in sales, marketing, or business development preferred
  • Extensive experience in sales and business development within the medical, pharmaceutical, or related industries, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and regulatory landscapes
  • Proven track record in negotiating complex deals with high-level stakeholders and managing a portfolio of global accounts
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and scientific concepts in a clear, strategic, and engaging manner to a diverse range of audiences
  • Highly skilled in driving customer-centric sales strategies and building lasting relationships, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding ambitious targets
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, demonstrating flexibility, resilience under pressure, and autonomy in decision-making
  • Fluent in both business German and English, with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Advanced computer skills (CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools)
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including international trips as required
