Job description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible for collecting business requirements and write design documentation, supporting technical teams during build and implementation phases, managing and performing user acceptance testing and supporting activities for new projects rollouts.
• Explore & analyze procurement relevant data across system & tools, check and optimize the existing site process within procurement team.
• Daily operation for managed categories, conduct supplier sourcing, RfQ/Contracts, prepare purchase orders based on approved requisitions and follow up to ensure on-time delivery from suppliers.
• Work closely with cross-cultural function and project team and various stakeholders including category managers, procurement engineering and end-users.
• Perform other tasks assigned by department manager, e.g: department reporting and so on.

Your profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• University degree in Supply Chain / Business Administration Management, Data Science and Big Data or Microelectronics Science and Engineering.
• At least 2-3 years of procurement or supply chain management experience, preferred within the semiconductor industry.
• Good understanding of principles and concepts in factory procurement especially in EQ/Spare parts.
• AP S/4 Hana and SAP ARIBA experience is added advantage.
• Project management experience and experience in international teams.
• Excellent English communication skills for internal and external communication.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality.
