What can you expect
- Develop layouts, looks, and designs for digital channels (websites, apps, and newsletters) that align with the brand identity and enhance customer experience
- Create engaging user journeys and optimize customer interactions across multiple touchpoints
- Generate creative ideas, storyboards, and sketches for digital campaigns
- Develop detailed concepts, including sitemaps, wireframes, templates, micropages, and SMS/push notifications
- Design and execute UI concepts and prototypes for various platforms, including emails, newsletters, landing pages, and mobile apps
- Collaborate with performance marketing and developers to bring ideas to life, ensuring functionality and alignment with user needs
- Utilize tools to analyze user behavior and optimize web application interfaces
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate usability testing for prototypes
- Ensure consistent refinement of designs based on testing insights
- Proactively improve digital user experiences by developing creative concepts and integrating the latest design approaches
Your profile
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, layout, and new design trends
- Experience in user-centric designs, including user stories, customer journeys, and process flows
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or comparable wireframe and design tools
- Familiar with agile workflows and technical understanding of web and app development processes
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for a premium lifestyle brand or agency
- Verifiable work samples demonstrating a proven track record in designing exceptional user experiences
- Strong analytical and creative thinking to balance aesthetics and functionality
- Proactive, hands-on mentality with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a solution-oriented approach to handle tight deadlines
- A degree in design, UX, media design, or equivalent education and training
- Passionate about lifestyle, fashion, and culture, with an understanding of premium branding
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or German
