Deine Aufgaben
- Durchführung von Nutzerforschungen, um tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu gewinnen und diese Erkenntnisse in die Servicegestaltung einfließen zu lassen
- Mit der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der externen und internen Service Kernprozesse entlang der Customer Journey unser Zielgruppen -Konsument, Händler, OEM - auf ein Porsche würdiges Niveau, sicherst du erstklassige Servicequalität und legst die Basis für tolle Kundenerlebnisse
- Gestaltung und Implementierung innovativer Serviceprozesse und -lösungen, die sowohl die Kundenzufriedenheit als auch die Effizienz der Serviceleistungen spürbar steigern
- Definition des zentralen Service-Kernprozesses für die Premium-Partner und Auditierung der Händler
- Optimierung der internen Serviceprozesse und Sicherstellung einer effizienten, kundenorientierten Orchestrierung der eingesetzten IT-Systeme
- Als Bindeglied zur IT-Abteilung übernimmst du die Aufgabe, die Anforderungen der Abteilung in präzise technische Spezifikationen zu übersetzen und sicherzustellen, dass IT-Lösungen effektiv implementiert werden
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für IT-bezogene Fragen innerhalb der Abteilung
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Erstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen, um das IT-Know-how der Mitarbeiter zu stärken
- Unterstützung und Pflege der relevanten IT-Systeme, einschließlich CRM und ERP, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Service Design
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Serviceprozessen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung, CRM- und ERP-Systemen sowie Erfahrung mit Design und Analyse-Tools
- Kreatives und analytisches Denken, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse sowie Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohe Schnittstellenkompetenz
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

Die Porsche eBike Performance GmbH entwickelt, produziert und vermarktet am Firmenstandort in Ottobrunn bei München wegweisende Antriebssysteme unter zwei Marken: kompakte Leichtgewichte von FAZUA für agile E-Bikes, die ein außergewöhnlich natürliches Fahrgefühl schaffen, sowie zukünftig auch besonders leistungsfähige Antriebssysteme unter dem Markennamen Porsche. FAZUA ist eine junge, ambitionierte Marke, die 2017 die Fahrradindustrie mit einem komplett neuen, innovativen Antriebssystem für leichte, agile (und gutaussehende) E-Bikes auf den Kopf stellte. Seit Juli 2022 sind wir durch die Übernahme durch die Porsche AG Teil der Porsche eBike Performance GmbH. Your Tasks
- Conducting user research to gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and incorporate these findings into service design
- By continuously developing the external and internal core service processes along the customer journey of our target groups - consumer, dealer, OEM - to a level worthy of Porsche, you ensure first-class service quality and lay the foundation for great customer experiences
- Designing and implementing innovative service processes and solutions that noticeably increase both customer satisfaction and service efficiency
- Defining the central service core process for the premium partners and auditing the dealers
- Optimising internal service processes and ensuring efficient, customer-oriented orchestration of the IT systems used
- As a link to the IT department, you will be responsible for translating the department's requirements into precise technical specifications and ensuring that IT solutions are implemented effectively
- You are the first point of contact for IT-related questions within the department
- Carrying out training courses and creating user documentation to strengthen employees' IT expertise
- Supporting and maintaining the relevant IT systems, including CRM and ERP, to ensure smooth operations
Your Profile
- Degree in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the area of service design
- Sound knowledge in the development and optimisation of service processes
- Sound knowledge of process modelling, CRM and ERP systems as well as experience with design and analysis tools
- Creative and analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, excellent understanding of customer needs, team-orientation and strong communication skills
- High level of interface competence
- Business fluent in English
