Specialist Accounting (Location: Tokyo)

Job description
In your new role you will:
Staff Specialist Accounting is responsible for controlling of financial statement for both JGAAP and IFRS basis and ensuring the execution of financial accounting, taxation, and all related regulatory compliance for local Japanese three entities.
The role will also require good working relationships with all external stakeholders
(auditors, tax consultants) and internal stakeholders (local / global on-finance departments) to ensure compliance with accounting standard sand reporting requirements.
This position will maintain and make sure that existing processes meet business requirements and purposes will identify any areas need improvement to promote positive changes to finance.
The position will require an excellent knowledge of accounting/taxation, local regulatory requirements and good technical capability.
This position will require self-starter / learning mind-sets / taking initiatives to contribute to finance team.

Your profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Strong knowledge on Finance and accounting, Tax. (Over 5 years experience)
• Closing experience with IFRS and Local GAAP. handling tax (transfer pricing, corporate tax, consumption tax).
• Working experience with SAP. (Must)
• Excel skills are necessary. Microsoft Outlook, word, power point skills are preferable.
• 日本語語学力ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須、JLPT NNative Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill, JLTPN1(Required) 英語語学力TOEIC800以上) / Business English skill (Email/Reading/Conversation/Teleconference/Speaking)
