About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist is a central role for all Nexperia Business Groups for the assigned Auto Tier 1 accounts, driving alignment both in process and communication for Product Change Notifications (PCN) and Product Termination Notifications (PTN). You will take ownership and responsibility for quick PCN / PTN approval process for assigned accounts incl. monitoring and tracking progress.

What you will do

Central role for all Business Groups for assigned accounts, driving alignment both in process and communication for PCN / PTN
Ownership and responsibility for quick PCN / PTN approval process for assigned accounts incl. monitoring and tracking progress
Support PCN / PTN creation phase to best fit customer expectations in terms of necessary data and communication
Support the Nexperia sales teams by managing customer product changes and related qualifications
Maintain and track the status of customer product change approval
Manage customer sample requests related to customer product change qualification
Process customer quality document requests related to product change qualification, incl. PPAPs (Production Part Approval Process)
Maintain and update quality documents within customer portals
Conduct face to face customer meetings weekly/daily and as necessary to provide support, discuss current issues, provide updates, discuss current and future product changes, and build strong relationships
Exploring and identifying creative solutions where Nexperia can enhance its engineering product change process
Understanding formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer, and developing relationship strategies to improve our position at the account
Representing and conveying the customer needs internally and ensuring adequate priorities are set to execute against their need
New Product Introduction (NPI) support for customer requests and sample requests
Facilitate New part qualification according to Automotive requirements, incl. support to provide PPAP, International Material Data System (IMDS)
Coordinate business ramp-up related activities - from small volumes (e.g. 4kpcs) until demand planning (forecast)

What you will need

Bachelor’s degree or similar (e.g. dual education system Germany with additional trainings)
Preferred 3 years sales or quality experience in the electronic component Industry
Knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors including MOSFETs, ESD protection and LOGIC preferred
Knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel and Power BI and analytical skills are key
Proactive and self-propelled mindset with excellent problem solving abilities
Strong communication abilities, Fluency in English and German
Ability to learn and execute strategies skilfully, involving multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
Willing to learn and enthusiastic person, who is willing to take initiative and knows how to set priorities
