You will take on disciplinary responsibility for a team (5-8 Product Owners in agile teams) and will be responsible for the leadership, development and motivation of your team and work closely with the department management and the technical lead to support the strategic and operational direction of the department.
YOUR TASKS

  • You manage a team of 5-8 employees, including promoting a positive and high-performing team dynamic
  • You are responsible for employee development, i.e. identifying individual strengths and promoting the personal and professional development of your team members
  • You accompany and support the team in the further development of agile working methods and the optimization of work processes
  • You act in close coordination with the department management and the technical lead to implement strategic and operational goals
  • Building an open and trusting team culture that strengthens collaboration and initiative is also part of your area of responsibility

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have sound and relevant professional experience and also already have several years of management experience, ideally in product management or in an agile environment
  • You have experience in building high-performance teams and supporting change processes
  • You encourage personal responsibility, are confident in conflict management and create a supportive and open working environment
  • You have the ability to make change processes transparent and to inspire and motivate your team
  • You are team-oriented, decisive and keep calm even in challenging situations
  • Fluency in German and English round off your profile
