Als Innovationsinkubator ist das Unternehmen Treiber der Entwicklung von zusätzlichen digitalen Angeboten rund um das Fahrzeug und darüber hinaus. Das Auto entwickelt sich vom reinen Fortbewegungsmittel immer mehr zum Experience Device. Parallel werden die Audi Fahrer_innen immer mehr zum User. Diesen Prozess treibt die Audi Business Innovation GmbH mit digitalen Services und Erlebnissen, die neu sind und den Audi Kunden in ihrem Lebensalltag unterstützen und inspirieren.

Die Stelle ist für Rechtsreferendar_innen für die Anwalts- und/oder Wahlstation in Vollzeit ab Oktober 2024 für 3 Monate zu besetzen.

Was dich auf deiner Mission erwartet

• Deine Tätigkeit umfasst alle relevanten Rechtsgebiete der Audi Business Innovation GmbH: Vom allgemeinen Zivilrecht über das Wettbewerbsrecht sowie das Vertragsrecht bis hin zum gewerblichen Rechtsschutz.
• Du übernimmst Aufgaben in Bereichen wie Gesellschaftsrecht, Datenschutzrecht, IT- und IP-Recht, auch in internationalen Zusammenhängen.
• Du bist vom ersten Tag an Bestandteil unseres Teams und hast sofort Praxisbezug. Dadurch bekommst du Einblicke in verschiedene Aufgaben, Sachverhalte und Rechtsgebiete und übernimmst schnell selbstständig eigene Aufgaben.
• Du hast die Möglichkeit in unterschiedlichen Projekten mitzuwirken und arbeitest interdisziplinär mit den Kolleg_innen zusammen.
• Neben der Tätigkeit bei der Audi Business Innovation GmbH besteht zudem die Möglichkeit eines fachlichen Austausches mit den Rechtsreferendar_innen und den wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter_innen des Zentralen Rechtsservice der AUDI AG

Was du mitbringst

• Du hast dein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen bzw. befindest dich im Referendariat.
• Überdurchschnittliche Rechtskenntnisse, betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse sowie ein großes Interesse an unternehmerischen Fragestellungen und Zusammenhängen.
• Mit den MS-Office-Programmen pflegst du einen sicheren Umgang.
• Du bist verantwortungsvoll, engagiert, sachlich, kommunikativ und kooperationsfähig.
• Du hast Spaß an innovativen Themen.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Was wünschenswert wäre

• Wünschenswert sind erste Erfahrungen im Unternehmensumfeld.
• Interesse an agiler Softwareentwicklung bzw. agilen Arbeitsmethoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Compliance, Datenschutz, IT- und IP-Recht, Vertragsrecht oder ähnlichen Rechtsbereichen.

The position is open for legal trainees for the lawyer's station or elective station in full-time from October 2024 for 3 months.

Your mission

• Your job will include all relevant areas of law at Audi Business Innovation GmbH: general civil law to competition law, contract law and intellectual property law.
• You will take on tasks in areas such as corporate law, data protection law, IT and IP law also in international contexts.
• You will be part of our team from day one and will have practical experience right from the start. As a result, you will get an insight into various tasks, issues and areas of law and quickly take over your own tasks.
• You have the chance to work on different projects and collaborate with ABInauts across various disciplines.
• In addition to the work at Audi Business Innovation GmbH, there is also the opportunity for a professionals exchange with the trainee lawyers and the research assistants of the Central Legal Service of Audi AG.

What you need to succeed

• You have successfully completed your law studies or are in the legal clerkship.
• Strong legal knowledge, basic business skills and a keen interest in business issues and interrelationships.
• You are proficient in English and at least one other foreign language.
• You have a good command of MS Office.
• You communicate goal-oriented, are enthusiastic and just as strong when working in a team as you are at your desk.
• You are responsible, committed, practical, communicative and cooperative.
• You have a passion for innovative subjects and business fields and at best have already gained some experience in these areas.

Nice to have

• First experiences in a corporate environment are welcome
• Interest in agile software development and agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Experience in the area of compliance, data protection, IT and IP law, contract law or similar legal fields
