Training Administrator
As a Training Administrator, you will support both customers and internal teams in the successful organization of training courses that take place at the customer's site or virtually/remotely. You will be responsible for all aspects of training administration and seminar management to ensure that the training courses run smoothly (e.g. room preparation, information transfer). This includes both physical and virtual training.

Job Summary
You will be personally responsible for maintaining excellent customer and stakeholder relationships, as well as adhering to internal KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring that all customer satisfaction scores are met.
This part-time position for 20 hours from Mon-Fri is wanted for our customer in Mengkofener Str, Dingolfing,
General tasks and responsibilities:
- First point of contact at the information desk for all inquiries
- Coordination of external service providers, e.g. event technology
- Pre- and post-training room preparation
- Ensuring that the technical equipment is operational in accordance with the requirements
- Creation of tickets in case of problems in the building/rooms
- Regular update in the knowledge management system to develop efficient and effective responses to all types of inquiries
- Ensure that all agreed service level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Support of the annual planning process for the customer
- General administration in the learning management system (LMS)
- Digital sending of invitation links, documents and requirements for virtual training
- Room reservations in the internal room booking system
- Participant management including reminders, changes and cancellations
- Recording and archiving attendance of attendees including actual costs
Qualifications
You have already gained experience in general administration, clerical processing or customer service and have excellent organizational skills and a customer-oriented way of working.
Additional requirements:
Fluent in German as well as written and spoken English skills at a high level
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in teamwork, including in virtual teams
- Assertiveness and resilience
- Proven ability to work under pressure and within a tight timeframe
