Als Volontär lernst du über 12 Monate von mehr als 25 erfahrenen Consultants alles über Texterstellung, Qualitätssicherung, SEO, Lektorat und Text-Projektmanagement. Von Anfang an bist du Teil spannender Kundenprojekte aus den unterschiedlichsten Branchen. Lust auf einen Eindruck? Unsere Referenzprojekte geben dir einen ersten Einblick.

Aufgaben

• Vom ersten Tag an bist du ein vollwertiges Teammitglied in unseren Content-Projekten. Du bringst dich aktiv ein, arbeitest eigenständig und sammelst wertvolles Know-how für deine Karriere im Content Marketing.
• Ob Texterstellung, Lektorat, Recherche, Briefing-Erstellung oder die Einpflege von Inhalten in CMS - bei uns wird es nie langweilig.
• Während des 12-monatigen Programms arbeitest du auch an Themen wie Content-Konzeption, Audits, Bildrecherche, KI und Social Media mit.
• Du wirst in die Welt der Suchmaschinenoptimierung eingeführt und unterstützt bei Keyword-Recherchen oder der Erstellung suchmaschinenoptimierter Texte.

Anforderungen

• Teamplayer durch und durch. Einer für alle, alle für einen - das ist nicht nur unser Motto, sondern auch deins.
• Egal, ob du gerade dein Studium abgeschlossen hast, eine vergleichbare Ausbildung gemacht hast oder erste Erfahrungen in der Branche gesammelt hast - wir suchen jemanden, der mit Leidenschaft durchstartet.
• Deine Textkompetenz, Kreativität und dein Sprachgefühl sind beeindruckend. Erfahrungen im Online-Bereich sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung. Hauptsache, du bist neugierig, zuverlässig und organisiert.
• Deine Kenntnisse in Orthografie, Grammatik und Interpunktion sind tadellos, dein Deutsch auf C2-Niveau und dein Englisch kann sich hören lassen.
• Technisch versiert. MS Office - Word, Excel und PowerPoint - sind für dich ein Heimspiel.

As a trainee, you’ll spend 12 months learning from over 25 experienced consultants about content creation, quality assurance, SEO, editing, and text project management. About the job

• From day one, you’ll be a full part of our content projects. You’ll contribute, work on your own, and gain important skills for your content marketing career.
• You’ll do things like writing, editing, researching, creating briefs, and uploading content to CMS-there’s always something new to learn.
• During the 12-month program, you’ll also work on topics like content strategy, audits, image research, AI, and social media.
• You’ll learn about SEO and help with keyword research and creating content optimized for search engines.

Requirements

• A real team player. “All for one, and one for all” is not just our motto-it’s yours too.
• Whether you’ve just finished your studies, completed similar training, or gained some experience in the industry, we’re looking for someone ready to jump in with passion.
• Your writing skills, creativity, and language sense are top-notch. Online experience is a plus but not required. What counts is that you’re curious, reliable, and organized.
• Your spelling, grammar, and punctuation are spot on, your German is C2 level, and your English is solid.
• Tech-savvy. MS Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-feels like home to you.
