Als Werkstudent Servicetechniker für Roboter (m/w/d) bist Du Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen rund um unsere Service-Roboter und löst die auftretenden Problemfälle. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Software Spezialisten und dem Robot Operation ​Center ​Team (ROC) zusammen.
Du arbeitest mit den neuesten KI -Technologien und hast die Chance die Digitale Transformation einer ganzen Branche wesentlich mitzugestalten.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

• Analyse von technischen Fehlern oder Funktionseinschränkungen der Roboter (vor Ort und Remote)
• Wartung und Reparatur von Robotern vor Ort
• Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Entwicklungsteams für Verbesserung unseres Produkts
• Konzipieren und Testen von neuen Funktionen der Roboter (z.B. Künstliche Intelligenz, Integration mit anderen Systemen etc.)
• optional: Schulung unserer Kunden und Partner

Als Werkstudent arbeitest du 20h/Woche; optional: je nach Anforderung in den Semesterferien mehr Stunden.

Deine Qualifikationen

• Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Automatisierung, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatroniker
• Kenntnisse Steuerungsprogrammierung und Software-Kenntnisse in Linux, C / C++ und Python
• Erfahrungen mit IoT-Lösungen oder ROS (Robot Operating System) sind von Vorteil
• Ownership: selbstständiges Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit und Problemlösungsorientierung
• Customer Orientation: sicheres und souveränes Auftreten beim Kunden
• Bereitschaft für regelmäßige Reisen zu Kunden - deutschlandweit
• Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (fließend, mind. B2 Level) und Englisch

Your Role

As a service technician for robots (m/f/d), you will be responsible for setting up the robot and servicing it at our customers' premises, from planning to implementation. You will also be the contact person for all technical questions relating to our service robots and solve any problems that arise. You will work closely with our software specialists and the Robot Operation ​Center team (ROC), as well as with customer contacts and service technicians from other companies on site. You will work with the latest AI technologies and have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the digital transformation of an entire industry.

Your Job

• Configuration, commissioning and integration of robots for our customers
• Analysis of technical faults or functional limitations of the robots (on-site and remote)
• Maintenance and repair of robots on site
• Feasibility check and design of robot application concepts for customers
• Working with customers and development teams to improve our product
• Designing and testing new robot functions (e.g. artificial intelligence, integration with other systems, etc.)
• Training our customers and partners

Your Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience as a service technician/operator of systems for customers, ideally in the robotics or automation environment
• Degree or training in the field of automation, electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Knowledge of control programming and software knowledge in Linux, C / C++ and Python
• Experience with IoT solutions or ROS (Robot Operating System) is an advantage
• Ownership: independent work, ability to work under pressure and problem-solving orientation
• Customer orientation: confident and confident appearance with the customer
• Willingness to travel regularly to customers - throughout Germany
• Language skills in German (fluent; min. B2 level) and English
