Your contribution

• You will gain hands-on experimence with large-scale mass-spectrometry-based proteomics data
• You will aid the MSAID data science team in testing, understanding and developing new toolkits for proteomic data analysis

Your profile

• Ongoing studies in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field
• Comfortable with R statistics language
• Experience with analzying large datasets (statistical testing, data visualization) is desired
• A highly motivated, independent learner with a hands-on mentality

About us

MSAID transforms the way scientists analyze proteomics data. MSAID is a bioinformatics spin-off from the Technical University of Munich, Germany and is located at the high-tech-center gate, which is part of the TUM campus in Garching. In addition, MSAID has a branch in Berlin. The company was founded by an interdisciplinary team of scientists with the vision to provide better computational solutions to the field of proteomics.
