Das erwartet Dich
Als Werkstudent im UX Research unterstützt du das Team bei der Durchführung von User-Interviews, Usability-Tests und Datenanalysen, um wertvolle Nutzer-Einblicke zu gewinnen. Deine Arbeit hilft dabei, unsere Produkte benutzerfreundlich zu gestalten.
- Du unterstützt unsere Aktivitäten im User Research Bereich, etwa bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Interview, User Tests und Online-Befragungen, um neue und bestehende Funktionen, Konzepte und Designs mit unseren Usern zu evaluieren
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Rekrutierung von DocuWare-NutzerInnen und Organisation von Sessions für User Tests, Interviews und Workshops
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkttester-Programms (https://start.docuware.com/de/docuware-product-tester-program) mit und pflegst unseren User Pool
- Du übernimmst Recherche-Tätigkeiten zu verschiedenen Themen rund um aktuelle Research-Aktivitäten
Das bringst Du mit
- Du bist StudentIn im Bereich Psychologie, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Du interessierst dich für UX
- Du hast Interesse oder idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit empirischen Forschungsmethoden
- Du hast erste Erfahrung mit Testdesigns und statistischer Auswertung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du lernst gerne Neues, bist zuverlässig und arbeitest eigenständig und genau
- Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Eigeninitiative

- Werkstudententätigkeit mind. 12 Stunden pro Woche
- Flexibler Arbeitsort und Arbeitszeit: Du arbeitest mobil oder in unserem modernen Büro - dabei kannst du deine Arbeitszeit flexibel an deine Vorlesungen und Seminare anpassen und hast ausreichend Zeit, um dich auf Klausuren vorzubereiten
- Jeder Student bekommt von Anfang an einen Mentor zur Seite gestellt, um sich einzuleben und Fragen zustellen
- Wir sind alle per du - vom Auszubildenden bis zur Geschäftsführung
- Auch außerhalb der Arbeit sind wir ein Team: Bei Mitarbeiterevents, wie den Betriebsausflügen, den Jahresfeiern und vielem mehr
- Von Anfang an sind unsere Studenten mittendrin und bekommen eigene kleine Projekte zugeteilt, um ihre Stärken zu fördern
- Freie Getränke, Kaffee und Obst (für die nötige Versorgung mit Vitaminen) stehen unseren Mitarbeitern zur Verfügung

Your Responsibilities
As a working student in UX Research, you will support the team in conducting user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis to gain valuable user insights. Your work will help make our products more user-friendly.
- You will assist with our user research activities, including the preparation, execution, and analysis of interviews, user tests, and online surveys to evaluate new and existing features, concepts, and designs with our users.
- You will be responsible for recruiting DocuWare users and organizing sessions for user tests, interviews, and workshops.
- You will actively contribute to the further development of our product tester program (https://start.docuware.com/de/docuware-product-tester-program) and maintain our user pool.
- You will conduct research on various topics related to ongoing research activities
What you need to succeed
- You are a student in psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, or a similar field.
- You are interested in UX.
- You have an interest or, ideally, initial experience with empirical research methods.
- You have some experience with test design and statistical evaluation.
- You have excellent German and English skills.
- You enjoy learning new things, are reliable, and work independently and accurately.
- You have strong organizational skills and show initiative.
