Your mission

As a working student in the Applied AI Partner and Ecosystem Team you will:

• Pro-actively bring in your content expertise regarding AI/GenAI/Agentic AI/etc. for applying in company context:
• Help us build/extend defined focus topics (e.g. trend radar, Agentic AI, GenAI startups, etc). Support our collaboration with current/new partners on prioritised topics. Collaborate with appliedAI colleagues across different teams for content creation, content positioning and execution, optional/desired: Applied AI partner newsletter/roundups of topics of high relevance for our partners.
• Support the Applied AI Partner Mgt. and Ecosystem team in Munich and remotely: from relevant AI-/GenAI-related content, to strategy, platforms/planned events (live, hybrid & digital) for our Applied AI Partner Network and collaborations with the extended ecosystem with leading companies, startups and universities/research institutions
• Support our regular partner jour fixes with focus on AI/Gen AI content (preparation, strategic partner meetings, help onboard new partners, prioritize focus areas, support re future service offer portfolio and future AI topics, support keeping service commitments and work on a strategy aimed at further enhancing our product offering)
• Collaborate with internal teams e.g. marketing/events team on events, event webpage content, digital assets, promotion.

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled at an university (Bachelor’s or Master’s program)
• You are enthusiastic about all things AI/GenAI and innovation, you have an excellent overview and understanding of the current AI/GenAI landscape, trends, challenges relevant to applying AI in large/mid size companies and are ideally also interested in all things data, IT and strategy.
• You are reliable, creative, able to roll up your sleeves with attention to big picture as well as detail.
• You are an organisational talent and a team player. Experience in AI/GenAI is desired, experience in event management is a plus
• Out of the box thinking, coming up with new aspects and potential improvement areas
• You have experience working with Microsoft tools, GenAI power user desired
• You communicate to the point, and have full professional proficiency in German and English
