Dein Job bei uns
- Organisation & Koordination: Du unterstützt die Talent Acquisition und Onboarding Unit bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben, insbesondere bei der Terminierung und Koordination von Interviews und stellst sicher, dass alle Beteiligten rechtzeitig informiert sind
- Bewerbermanagement: Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Bewerber, begleitest diese durch den kompletten Recruiting-Prozess und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience
- Stakeholdermanagement: Du bist im Austausch mit Hiring Managern und weiteren internen Peers und holst Feedback ein um eine schnelle Time to hire zu gewährleisten
- Administrative Unterstützung: Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Recruiting wie das Erstellen von Stellenanzeigen sowie die Pflege von Bewerberdaten in Personio
- Projektarbeit: Du hast die Möglichkeit bei Employer Branding Maßnahmen, wie auch bei der Optimierung unseres Onboardings von neuen MitarbeiterInnen mitzuwirken
Dein Profil
- Du bist StudentIn und stehst für 15-20 Stunden pro Woche zur Verfügung
- Du interessierst dich für Personalthemen innerhalb eines Unternehmens und möchtest dein Wissen darin vertiefen
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert zu arbeiten
- Du bist in der Lage, dich schnell in neue digitale Tools einzuarbeiten und diese zielgerichtet für deine Arbeit einzusetzen
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und bist kommunikationsstark

Your mission
- Organisation & coordination: You support the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Unit in all tasks, in particular in scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Applicant management: You are the contact person for our applicants, guide them through the entire recruiting process and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Stakeholder management: You are in dialogue with hiring managers and other internal peers and gather feedback to ensure a fast time to hire
- Administrative support: You take on administrative tasks in recruiting such as creating job advertisements and maintaining applicant data in Personio
- Project work: You have the opportunity to participate in employer branding measures as well as in the optimisation of our onboarding of new employees
Your profile
- You are a student and are available for 15-20 hours per week
- You are interested in HR topics within a company and would like to deepen your knowledge in this area
- You have strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently, reliably and in a structured manner
- You are able to quickly familiarise yourself with new digital tools and use them in a targeted manner for your work
- You have excellent German and good English skills and are a strong communicator
