Your tasks:
As support for our recruiting team at our location in Ismaning near Munich, we are looking for highly motivated and ambitious working students (m/f/d) with immediate effect.
- You finally want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice, test it, expand it and get deep insights into interesting corporations and newcomers in the industry?
- You see yourself as a rough diamond that wants to be polished to a brilliant?

What to expect:
You will learn about the dynamic world of HR services and the ins and outs of recruitment in an appreciative environment with us.
You will work in tandem with experienced sales colleagues and participate in the recruiting process, first contact approach of target companies (from medium-sized businesses to corporate groups). Coordinate and arrange appointments for initial customer meetings and support the team in customer communication.
Gather background information on target companies & maintain our database.
Approach the team with proposed solutions and find yourself in agile project groups to work out and implement them - support the sales team.
Qualifications
Your profile
You are a student or have already completed your studies or training.
You are extroverted and communicative, as well as hungry for success.
You work in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in stressful situations.
